The City of Blythe seeks written proposals from civil engineering consultants who have performed similar services for the City or other agencies to perform design services for the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a street rehabilitation project within the City of Blythe. The proposed street rehabilitation project will include the following: 1. Lovekin Blvd. from Hobsonway (S) to Barnard Street (N) Project Description: Major reconstruction (AC and Base) 66,403 S.F. 2. Barnard Street from the first alley E’ly of Lovekin Blvd. (W) to West edge Main Street (E) Project Description: Major reconstruction (AC and Base) 81,946 S.F. Proposals are due no later than 3:00pm on February 11, 2021.
