Categorical Exemption- Cornerstone International Investment Group

Cornerstone International Investment Group proposes to develop an indoor cannabis cultivation facility on a 2.89–acre parcel located at 1854 Chanslorway in the City of Blythe (Assessor’s Parcel Number 851-090-039). The proposed site is zoned C-G (General Commercial) which allows for cannabis businesses including cultivation, manufacturing and distribution. The project site is level with little vegetation and two existing buildings.
