The City Council has declared its intention to adopt the water, sewer and wastewater rates and rate structure as proposed in the attached report. The City Council has set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. At the Public Hearing, the Council will consider all objections and protests, if any, to the proposed rate increases. All persons will be permitted to present written or oral testimony at the Public Hearing. The Hearing will be conducted in accordance with Article XIID, Section 6 of the California Constitution and the Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act.
