The City of Blythe will accept Commercial Cannabis Business Permit Applications on an on-going basis for Cultivation, Manufacturing and Testing Labs.
The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) maintains 16 Border Protection stations along major roadways to inspect vehicles traveling into the State. One of which is located in the City of Blythe, just west of the I-10 Bridge. The State of California is working to relocate the existing Blythe BPS to provide a facility that is sufficiently sized and equipped to accommodate necessary CDFA inspection operations.
The City Council has declared its intention to adopt the water, sewer and wastewater rates and rate structure as proposed in the attached report.
The City Council has set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
At the Public Hearing, the Council will consider all objections and protests, if any, to the proposed rate increases. All persons will be permitted to present written or oral testimony at the Public Hearing. The Hearing will be conducted in accordance with Article XIID, Section 6 of the California Constitution and the Proposition 218 Omnibus Implementation Act.
