The Blythe City Council will consider the adoption of a Notice of Exemption for the TORO, LLC Indoor Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Project located at 1426 E. Hobsonway in Blythe, California at a Public Hearing of the Blythe City Council on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers located at 235 N. Broadway. The public is invited to attend.
The City and consultant, The Holt Group have engaged in the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element.
The Housing Element is state mandated, requiring all local governments, such as Blythe, to adequately plan to meet the housing needs of everyone in the Community. Through a fair share regional allocation process, the City of Blythe has been allocated 494 units to be achieved in the 2021-2029 planning period.
Public input is highly important in the Housing Element Update Process. We ask for your help in completing the survey by clicking on the Questionnaires link below.
Completed Questionnaires may be returned to City Hall at 235 N. Broadway or by email to: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you in advance for your help in the planning process.
