City Parks

City of Blythe has seven parks and one pocket park.  The Parks Department is responsible for maintenance and development of all city parks.  The Department is under the supervision of the Director of Public Works. Staff consist of the one employee who ensures the quality of the city parks for public use.     

Below is a list of general park rules and regulations.

  • City parks are open to the public from 6 A.M. until 10 P.M.       
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in city parks, except in closed functions approved by the City Council.
  • Only domestic cats and dogs are allowed in city parks.  All dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a cage and accompanied by their owner.

For a special event a Park Use Permit is needed.
